All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.Description: SUMMARY Responsible for installation of sinks, countertops, and shower systems at remote customer locations and for communicating with customers at jobsites in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Installs countertops, sinks and shower systems at remote customer locations in accordance with Tower Industries' procedures and industry standards. Provides direction and training to installer helpers and installer apprentices on installation techniques. Template at customer locations for installation of countertops, sinks and shower systems using either hard templates or laser templating system. Communicates with customers in a professional and courteous manner including notifying customers in advance of expected arrival time at jobsite. Present a professional appearance to customers (personal appearance and clothing) Inspects and measures pieces to be installed prior to leaving plant to minimize potential for jobsite returns.Position Requirements: General Requirements Uses appropriate personnel protective equipment and follows established safe working practices. Follows safety procedures as required and communicates safety concerns and issues to management. Follows housekeeping guidelines regarding personal work area and equipment for which he/she is responsible. Conducts themselves in a professional manner; communicates respectfully with fellow employees, customers, and suppliers. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or its equivalent LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret manufacturing instructions and customer order sheets. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
