Lead InstallerExterior Associates Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our Field Operations team. In this working leadership role, you'll install residential doors and windows as well as managing a small crew and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship. Our company culture values quality, trust, and long-term success for both our clients and our team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a crew on residential door and window installationsTrain, coach, and supervise junior field staffPerform precise installations with an emphasis on quality and finishReview job packets to ensure materials and tasks are correctComplete and return accurate paperwork daily, including customer signatures and measurement formsMaintain and stock work truck with proper tools and materialsEnsure correct use of shims, caulk, insulation, trim, and coil stockHandle and maintain installation tools; report and replace broken tools or worn partsMaintain cleanliness and organization at job sitesQualifications3+ years of experience in construction, specifically residential windows and doors preferredProven ability to manage crews and independently lead job sitesExcellent troubleshooting skills and ability to produce high-quality work quicklyStrong understanding of materials such as caulk, coil stock, and trimMust be able to read job documents and follow specificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license required with reliable transportationNo certifications requiredBenefitsMedical InsuranceRetirement Savings ProgramPaid Time Off (holidays, vacation, sick days)Company VehicleUniforms ProvidedPaid Training and CertificationsApprenticeship/Mentor ProgramBi-Weekly Pay CycleQuarterly Bonuses & Year-End BonusScheduleFull-Time, Monday-FridayLocationOnsite residential job sites throughout the service areaEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
