Job description
Job SummaryResponsible for the appropriate control and collection of commercial insurance inpatient and outpatient accounts in the high dollar range. Acts as a team lead within the department. Stays apprised of changes within the industry in regards to billing and collections. Acts as a resource for the business office.Job RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement:High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum Experience Requirement:Knowledgeable of hospital contract terminology and reimbursement methodology. Hospital billing and claim knowledge/experience. Excellent customer service skills required.Minimum License Requirement:Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.Pay Range:$26.80 - $40.20
