Job description
Medline is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Lead in Northbrook, IL to drive discovery workshops with stakeholders and document technical specs in an agile environment. You will gather requirements, perform gap/data analysis, and serve as a liaison across divisions to resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities include leading CLM projects with Ironclad, creating system requirements for the backlog, and guiding the team through design reviews, UAT, and process improvements while mentoring peers.
