Job description
JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Lead Software Engineer within the Asset & Wealth Management, Alternatives Team to build and modernize platforms that support alternative investments, migrating critical apps from on-premises to AWS. You will lead an agile team, shape design decisions, and ensure secure, scalable systems.
You will apply deep Java/Spring Boot expertise, drive integrations with messaging and event streaming, and champion responsible AI practices across the SDLC.
