Rate: $90-$110 per hour (depending on experience)
Duration: 6-9 months
Location: Remote (preferably within Washington DC time zone)

Job Description
A leading company is seeking a Lead Java Engineer to deliver the full lifecycle of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) services , including strategy, design, process re-engineering, and technology implementation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance CIAM solutions (50% development work )
Lead and mentor engineering teams (30% leadership )
Support adjacent teams on security initiatives (20% collaboration )
Requirements:
5+ years experience in Java
Strong background in AWS, IAM, and security engineering
Proven track record in implementing SSO solutions
Proven ability to lead, prioritise and problem-solve effectively
Right to work in the United States
