Job description
Adventist Health is seeking an RN Manager, Labor and Delivery to lead a high-acuity L&D unit in a faith-based, mission-driven setting. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and clinical quality to ensure safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns.
As a leader, you will mentor nurses, manage budgets, collaborate with physicians, and drive performance improvement while upholding the values of whole-person care and inclusive teamwork in alignment with our mission.
