Job description
Soltesz is seeking a Team Leader – Land Development Design in Waldorf, MD to guide a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and land development projects. A licensed PE will lead client relations, mentoring, and project delivery from concept to construction across Southern Maryland.
The role requires a Maryland-registered PE with 10–12 years of related experience and a proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and client expectations while pursuing growth for the firm.
