Job description
Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Principal Layout Designer for the Next-generation HBM Architecture Team in California.
You will drive layout for 3D-stacked, high-performance memories and collaborate with architecture, design, and packaging teams to demonstrate feasibility and identify optimizations. Responsibilities include layout for critical analog/mixed-signal blocks, floorplanning, placement, routing, and rigorous LVS/DRC checks.
