Job description
RealREPP seeks an experienced leave and accommodation professional to design, launch, and grow this capability within our Employee Relations Center of Excellence in Los Angeles.
You will shape the operating model, develop workflows, notices, toolkits, and reports, and guide employees and leaders through complex matters across a multijurisdictional workforce, ensuring compliant and high-quality service delivery.
