Job description
Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, NY is seeking a Manager of Leave Administration to lead the day-to-day administration of FMLA, PFL, disability, military and personal leaves. The role ensures compliant, efficient processes and serves as the liaison between employees and vendors.
Under the direction of the Director, you will develop and implement improvements, educate staff, and collaborate with payroll and operations to minimize risk and cost while supporting business needs.
