Job description
Syracuse University Libraries is hiring a Lead Librarian for Acquisitions. This role oversees procurement of all library collection resources across formats and supervises acquisitions staff, coordinating with the collections team, e-resources, and vendors to ensure timely purchasing and licensing.
The position reports to the Head of Acquisitions and Cataloging and manages a $14 million collections budget, with a focus on timely renewals and strategic licensing.
