Job description
City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation is hiring a Lead Lifeguard to supervise lifeguard staff across municipal beaches, pools, and aquatic centers. You will monitor activities, support daily operations, and act as onsite supervisor when managers are unavailable.
Requirements include swimming proficiency, Lifeguard certification with CPR/First Aid/AED, and experience as lifeguard or water safety instructor. Language skills beyond English are a plus.
