The City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department is hiring Lead Lifeguards to help provide safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experiences at municipal beaches, swimming pools, aquatic centers, water parks, and children's day camps. In this role, you will monitor aquatic activities, support daily operations, guide lifeguard staff, and act as the onsite supervisor when other management staff are unavailable
