Job description
Burlington Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, VT seeks a Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join our Nursing Services team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will assist with resident assessments, care planning, medical oversight, and coordination of services to promote safety, quality, dignity, and positive outcomes.
