Job description
Meadowbrook Respiratory and Nursing Center is seeking a Nurse Director to oversee the daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
You will participate in admissions, discharges and transfers, assess residents, coordinate care plans, ensure medication administration and infection control, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet residents' holistic needs and quality improvement
