Job description
Pinebrook of Milford by StoryPoint Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living and memory care team. In this role you will lead, supervise, and train caregivers, assess residents, report changes to physicians, and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR/EMAR.
The position offers competitive pay of $29-$35 per hour with a $4/shift differential for 3rd shift. Prior supervisory experience and passion for elderly care are essential.
