Job description
Sutton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a strong Licensed Practical Nurse Unit Manager to lead and supervise resident care. The candidate should demonstrate leadership, clinical excellence, and a passion for quality long-term care.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. The role includes directing daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state and facility guidelines, and coordinating with the Director of Nursing.
