Job description
Trinity Health’s Trinity Homes - Minot, ND is seeking an RN, Long Term Care to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The role conducts ongoing assessments and coordinates individualized care plans to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Working with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team, you will ensure timely communication, safe care transitions, and adherence to standards while providing clinical leadership.
