Job description
1 Hotel South Beach is seeking a General Manager for In-Room Dining and Mini Bar. This role requires a proven leader who can motivate a team, elevate standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a 24‑hour luxury operation.
Ideal candidate brings 8+ years in upscale F&B, at least 5 years leading a team, and a post-secondary diploma is a plus. Strong communications, a passion for hospitality, and a track record of financial performance are essential.
