Job description
NextGen Federal Systems is seeking a Technical Lead for Systems Engineering with extensive experience in modeling and simulation and digital engineering. This role focuses on designing the architecture that blends Live, Virtual, and Constructive elements into seamless simulation ecosystems for DoD programs.
The candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee LVC event planning and tool integration, ensure interoperability, and drive the technical direction of the Ironwood architecture
