Job description
Carson Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead tuck-in acquisitions for advisors joining existing Carson locations. You will manage deals from initial evaluation through closing and onboarding, developing financial analyses, valuations, and transaction structures that reflect economics and strategic fit.
You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, oversee due diligence, and support negotiations to ensure a smooth integration of advisors, clients, and assets across Carson
