Job description
Broad Reach Healthcare in Massachusetts is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician / Team Lead to manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building upkeep across our facilities and employee housing. You will triage work orders, supervise maintenance staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with contractors to keep operations running smoothly.
