Job description
Constellation Energy is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance of critical energy and facility systems at our Baltimore, MD site. In this role, you will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control equipment, lead a small team of technicians, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs. You’ll collaborate with operations and engineering to maximize uptime, ensure safety and compliance, and support reliability and capital projects in a fast-paced, sustainability-focused environment.
