Job description
Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician for our Georgia distribution center. You will ensure high equipment availability, perform preventive/predictive maintenance, and rapidly troubleshoot issues across conveyors, robotics, and ASRS systems.
You will lead on-site troubleshooting, validate contractor work, and train junior technicians, while supporting safe operations and asset optimization. This role requires shift work Friday–Sunday daytime and lifting requirements.
