In this role, you will oversee mammography operations, ensuring high-quality imaging services are delivered efficiently and safely. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care, while also mentoring and leading a team of technologists. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to excellence in diagnostic imaging within the staffing and recruiting industry.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate mammography services and staff
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Perform mammography procedures with precision and care
Collaborate with radiologists on imaging interpretations
Maintain and troubleshoot mammography equipment
Conduct training sessions for new staff members
Manage patient schedules and workflow efficiently
Monitor and evaluate the quality of imaging services
Requirements
5 years of prior Mammography Tech experience
ARRT (M) (R)
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support, required.
Texas Medical Board (MRT)
