Job description
Lexicon, Inc. in Blytheville, AR is seeking a Lead Man to supervise small crews on heavy industrial and construction projects. You will assist foremen with coordination and ensure timely, safe completion and compliance with QA/QC programs.
The role requires at least three years as a craftsman, the ability to lift heavy loads, and good oral communication. Welding certification may be required; attendance and reliability are essential.
