Role
Lead Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy, supporting routine GMP manufacturing of cell therapy products.
Responsibilities
perform process unit operations, maintain environmental conditions, document activities per SOPs, support equipment setup, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for process transfers and investigations.
Requirements
4+ years in cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing; Bachelor’s in relevant science or engineering; experience with cell washing, separation, cryopreservation, bioreactors, and aseptic processing; knowledge of FDA/gGMP standards.
Preferred
experience working in BSL-2 environments, handling human blood components, and working with automated cell processing equipment.
High-Value
biologics/cell therapy (likely autologous or allogeneic), GMP, aseptic processing, experience with cell expansion, cryopreservation, and bioreactors.
Work setup
on-site in Devens, MA, with rotating shifts (days/nights, including holidays and weekends); physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and PPE use.
