Lead Massage Therapist at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial SpaHand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently looking for a skilled Lead Massage Therapist to drive success in our spa. As the Lead Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for the organization, promotion, development, and supervision of the Massage Therapists. The Lead Massage Therapist also holds all Massage Therapists accountable for providing cutting edge, personalized, and safe treatments and services that encourage repeat business.Responsibilities:Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to customersRecruit, hire and mentor Massage Therapists to promote career growth through training, development and performance assessmentsMonitor Therapists' individual daily, weekly and monthly revenue totals to ensure they are achieving or exceeding goalsEnsure massage therapy rooms are always maintained with supplies, clean and orderly with fresh sheets, neat, orderly, and clean.Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDCollege degree preferred3-5 years massage experience in a professional environmentKnowledge of (spa / body) treatments preferredMassage Therapist licenseActively participate in advance training or ongoing education in specific skill trade at Hand and StoneRequirements:Current Texas Massage LicenseValid liability insurance and ability to pass a background checkBenefits:Flexible schedule - no required days/timesFree monthly massage or facial optionsDiscount on Spa ProductsNo Non-Compete LimitationsFree Continuing Education CreditsAlert Buttons in every room to provide safe work environmentReimbursement on CEs that are a value to the spaPay: $35+ average an hour with tips more with commissions on enhancements & bonuses (up to $50 + an hour with enhancement commissions)Are you looking for a dynamic working environment with lots of perks?
