3M HEALTHCARE in Wilson, NC is seeking a Materials Associate Lead to oversee stockroom operations, enforce material handling standards, and drive daily throughput and 5S metrics.
The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year stockroom experience; SAP familiarity preferred; forklift experience a plus; onsite schedule Monday–Friday with potential overtime; training on first shift.
