Job description
St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers is seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) to provide operational and clinical leadership across assigned units 24/7. The CNL will ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while partnering with various teams to translate organizational priorities into frontline practice.
The ideal candidate should be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and hold a minimum of 3–5 years of acute care clinical experience. Leadership capabilities and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
