Job description
Gradian is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced thermal management solutions for high-performance data center systems. This senior engineer role requires a strong thermodynamics background, hands-on chilled-water design experience, and the ability to mentor junior staff.
The role is primarily remote with preference for candidates near the Minneapolis metro area and up to 25% travel to client sites, offices, and events.
