Job description
North American Controls, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer in Michigan to design, analyze, and support complex mechanical systems for defense-focused products. You will create 2D drawings, develop 3D models, and provide shop-floor technical support to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
You will lead design reviews, coordinate schedules, and clearly communicate design drivers to a diverse audience, while upholding ITAR/compliance expectations and customer requirements.
