Job description
ICEYE is seeking a Mechanical R&D Test Lead to own end-to-end Mechanical AIT for our next-generation optical spacecraft. You will lead the team, manage qualification campaigns, and stay closely connected to the hands-on work—qualification tests, MGSE, and feedback loops to design.
You will represent findings to design groups, drive necessary design changes, and mentor a growing engineering team. Hybrid work, security screening where required, and a path toward leadership await.
