Job description
GET Group North America invites a Lead Technical Support Engineer to deliver high-level technical expertise to Field Service Engineers and the Technical Service Manager. You will diagnose complex hardware/software issues, coordinate service projects, and contribute to product improvements.
This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to read schematics, train engineers, and work with vendors. Travel up to 50% domestic is expected.
