Lead Medical AssistantThis is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Medical Assistant! Serve as a lead clinical team member by rooming patients, supporting efficient clinic operations, and delivering exceptional patient care. Mentor and train new staff, build positive relationships with patients and colleagues, and help foster a collaborative team environment. This role provides opportunities to develop leadership skills through coaching, onboarding support, and process improvement initiatives. Medical Arts Clinic is a multi specialty clinic located in Farmington, Missouri.Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose: Responsible for leading a team of Medical Assistants in providing patient care under the direction of a physician or other licensed provider.
