Job description
Treace seeks a Principal R&D Engineer to manage and execute key design projects and mentor other engineers. The role leads major product development initiatives from concept to production, contributing to Treace’s short- and long-term goals.
Responsibilities include design, validation, risk assessments, DFx, and direct engagement with customers to deliver high-quality, production-ready medical devices while maintaining quality systems.
