Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Lead Dosimetrist to supervise dosimetry operations in the Radiation Oncology department. You will lead patient-specific planning, ensure safety, mentor staff, and drive innovation including AI-assisted planning and remote dosimetry workflows.
You will collaborate with physicists, physicians, and IT to optimize treatment planning, quality improvement, and departmental policies while managing multiple cases and deadlines.
