Job description
Southern Illinois Healthcare is recruiting a Lead Medical Lab Technologist for Harrisburg Medical Center in Harrisburg, IL. This full-time role requires an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and certification (MLT/ASCP), with at least five years in a clinical laboratory and leadership responsibilities.
You will oversee MLTs, manage daily testing workflows, mentor staff, maintain equipment, and ensure quality control and compliance with CLIA standards.
