Description Under the direction of the Laboratory Director and/or Laboratory Manager, plans, directs, and supervises all technical and operational activities performed in his/her respective section(s). Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, or meet CLIA requirements for a General Supervisor. Sufficient clinical laboratory experience to perform accurately and precisely the assigned work. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year work experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably a hospital setting. 4 years experience in a clinical laboratory following licensure or certification Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
