Job description

Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, NC seeks an experienced medical laboratory leader to supervise staff and ensure high-quality testing. You will coordinate QC programs, meet regulatory standards, and prepare technical reports to support patient care.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Medical Technology or related field with ASCP certification and at least 5 years of MT experience in a clinical lab.
