Job description
Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate care on our medical-surgical unit. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, oversee daily clinical operations, support staff nurses, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, mentor and precept nurses, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to unit scheduling and workflow.
