Job description
Premiere Healthcare Staffing seeks a Lead Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and clinical leadership across partner hospitals and care facilities. In this role, you will coordinate med-surg unit workflow, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and IV therapy, and oversee complex care plans. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support and mentor nursing staff, uphold infection control and safety standards, and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
