Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Shift Lead to coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care on a busy Med Surg/Telemetry unit. In this role, you’ll provide direct bedside nursing, manage complex telemetry patients, and serve as the clinical resource and shift leader for the team. Responsibilities include supervising patient flow, supporting staff, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and promoting safety, quality, and evidence-based practice.
