Job description
North Mississippi Health Services in Amory, MS, is seeking a Medical Technologist Lead to support scheduling, quality control, and workflow organization in the laboratory. The role includes ensuring the accurate and timely transport of lab supplies, equipment, and specimens while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
The Lead MT will coordinate phlebotomist activities, serve as Charge MT in the supervisor’s absence, and ensure compliance with CAP/CLSI standards and NMHS policies.
