Job description
UofL Health is seeking a Medical Technologist Lead for the Shepherdsville laboratory. The role requires leadership over a hospital lab section, oversight of quality control, and ensuring compliance with CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, and FDA standards.
You will review procedures, validate new methods, and mentor staff while coordinating with the Laboratory Supervisor and Medical Director on operational goals. Shift is First Shift, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with occasional overtime; the position offers full-time
