Job description
Abbott Laboratories in Sturgis, MI is seeking a Microbiology Lab Supervisor (3rd Shift) to lead the on-site lab team and ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance across a 7-day operation. You will manage budgeting, training, CAPA activities and partner with production to meet KPIs.
Responsibilities include directing EMP/biochemical testing, personnel development, and maintaining alignment with Abbott policies and the EHS program while driving continuous improvement within the plant
