We offer:* A great place to work with a friendly team of employees* Competitive pay with the opportunity to work overtime* A benefits package that includes company medical contribution towards the Health Savings Account* Dental & Vision insurance* Life insurance as well as short- & long-term disability* All full-time employees are eligible the first of month following 30 days of employment* A 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with match**Job Location:****Duties and Responsibilities:*** Responsible for leading 1-3 trim carpenters* Safety tool box meetings* Reporting time for crew daily* Job budgets* Expense reporting* Carrying lifting and loading wood materials and hand tools daily* Using power tools constantly throughout the day* Communicate with Builder/Customer/Project Manager as issues arise on the job site* Perform light tear out if necessary* Apply caulk, silicon, and other epoxy and adhesives## Qualifications* Experience of residential and/or commercial trim/cabinetry work* Valid Drivers License / Clean driving record* Good verbal communication* Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the course of the day* Construction Experience/Background* Mechanically inclined* Must be able to read a tape measure* Forklift experience is a plus**Physical Demands:**The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
