Job description
PRMI in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to continue originations while building and leading a branch. You keep your own deals and we provide processing, underwriting, and back-office support so you can focus on production, recruiting, and coaching.
To qualify, you should have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination, hold an active MLO license (NMLS) or be eligible to obtain one, and possess a strong local referral network.
