Job description
Tri Pointe Connect, the mortgage affiliate of Tri Pointe Homes, seeks a Producing Branch Manager in Washington, DC to oversee daily mortgage branch functions and drive performance. The role requires leadership of loan officers, pipeline management, and adherence to company standards.
The ideal candidate has extensive mortgage production management experience, a strong customer focus, and a proven ability to lead, train and motivate a high-performing team. A licensed MLO is essential.
